Role Description: Senior Consultant
The Senior Consultant position plays a key role across a variety of projects that include C-suite interactions in areas such as leadership performance, organization effectiveness, team development, assessment of top talent and talent strategy. At this level, the Senior Consultant is responsible for leading workstreams and/or project management.
Given CLA’s entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment, no two projects will be the same; however, general accountabilities expected from a Senior Consultant include:
- Professional and detailed execution of high-quality client deliverables
- Manages client projects and monitors client environment
- Manage individual work streams
- Active participation in all aspects of the sales process
- Understanding methodologies and best practices associated with CLA services
- Act as reliable and dependable team player
- Provide regular feedback to team and leaders
- Leads internal initiatives
- Recruits talent
- Understands CLA brand, vision, and strategy
- Demonstrates a growth mindset
Qualifications
- 1+ Yr of consulting experience OR an advanced degree in a relevant field
- Psychology, Organization Behavior, Organization Development, Human Resource Development interest or focus
- Must have professional quality execution and attention to detail
- Proven professional accomplishments and/or deliverables
- Willingness to travel and work from home in self-directed manner. Travel estimated at 30% of the time.
