In this role, you'll help design and implement end-to-end receivables and revenue management solutions, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and cash application while aligning with federal financial standards.Key ResponsibilitiesO2C Process Support & ConfigurationSupport the design and optimization of the O2C lifecycle: Billing ?

Invoicing ? Collections ? Cash ApplicationConfigure and maintain: Customer master dataBilling structures and invoicing processesApply federal financial standards (e.g., USSGL, Treasury requirements) in solution designRevenue & Receivables OperationsSupport implementation of revenue recognition rulesExecute and maintain accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and trackingAging analysisCollections activities and issue resolutionEnsure data accuracy and audit readinessCash Application & ReconciliationPerform cash application and matching processesReconcile receipts against invoicesUnapplied cash and discrepanciesSupport financial close activitiesSystems Integration SupportWork with cross-functional teams to support integrations with: Billing systemsTreasury cash management systems (e.g., Pay.gov, IPAC, ASAP)Validate data flows and interface accuracyData Migration & ValidationSupport validation of: Customer balancesOpen receivablesAssist with data migration and reconciliation activitiesTesting & DeploymentParticipate in end-to-end O2C testing scenariosSystem Integration Testing (SIT)User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Assist with go-live readiness and post-go-live supportRequired Qualifications5–8+ years of experience in receivables, billing, or revenue managementBilling, collections, and reconciliation processesOracle Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or SAP FI (AR module)Experience supporting system configuration, testing, or implementation effortsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting federal financial systems or modernization initiativesFamiliarity with Treasury integrations (e.g., Pay.gov, IPAC, ASAP)Understanding of federal financial standards and reportingNice-to-HaveExperience with large-scale ERP implementationsExposure to audit or compliance environmentsExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery modelsSecurity & Eligibility RequirementsAbility to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearanceMust be able to pass a federal background investigationU.S.
