What You’ll Do:
- Lead projects from initial design and prototype through testing, launch, and handover to support.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and client billing.
- Lead client meetings, communicate progress, and manage expectations with senior stakeholders.
- Develop proposals, define project scope, and identify opportunities to expand client engagements.
- Coach consultants and analysts while improving delivery processes and sharing knowledge across the team.
