Portfolio You will help lead initiatives delivering AI & ML initiatives specific to your client requirements.

Compensation Expectation: $100,000 – $120,000

What You'll Do

  • Independent Workstream Ownership
  • Take full ownership of assigned management workstreams — stakeholder coordination, delivery tracking, documentation, meeting facilitation, status reporting, and risk management — without needing day-to-day direction to know what needs to happen next.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date delivery tracking across your workstreams: knowing at any moment what is on track, what is at risk, and what decisions are needed — and communicating that picture to the right people at the right frequency.
  • Produce client-ready outputs — reports, plans, summaries, trackers, and presentations — that meet professional quality standards without requiring material rework by senior team members before they go out.
  • Stakeholder Management & Client Communication
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships with the proactive communication and professional composure that builds confidence — keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and able to make decisions without being surprised.
  • Facilitate client working sessions, status meetings, and workshops with the structure and discipline to keep conversations productive, drive toward decisions, and close with clear next steps that get followed up on.
  • Communicate difficult messages — scope risks, timeline slippage, requirement gaps, or stakeholder misalignment — with the clarity and professional confidence that maintains trust even when the news is not good.
  • Translate between the language of delivery teams and the language of client stakeholders: helping engineers understand what the business needs and helping business owners understand what the delivery reality actually is.
  • Build working relationships with client counterparts that make coordination feel effortless — because the best consultants are trusted before they have to ask for anything.
  • Delivery Management & Operational Discipline
  • Manage engagement delivery operations across your workstreams: maintaining project plans, tracking action items, managing meeting cadences, coordinating cross‑functional inputs, and ensuring that the operational machinery of a complex engagement runs without friction.
  • Own risk and issue management within your scope: logging risks as they emerge, tracking mitigation actions, escalating to senior leads when a risk crosses the threshold that requires their attention, and never letting a known issue sit unacknowledged.
  • Support scope management discipline: tracking what has been agreed, flagging when client requests exceed scope, and preparing the documentation that supports change conversations when they are needed.
  • Coordinate across workstreams to manage delivery dependencies: understanding how your work connects to what others are doing, surfacing conflicts before they create blockers, and maintaining the kind of cross‑team awareness that prevents well‑managed workstreams from undercutting each other.
  • Maintain engagement documentation with the current, accurate, and organized discipline that makes information findable by anyone on the team — because documentation that's out of date is the same as no documentation at all.
  • Quality, Growth & Contribution
  • Identify opportunities to contribute beyond your assigned workstreams: flagging process improvements, supporting junior team members, volunteering for stretch tasks that build capability, and looking for ways to make the engagement better rather than just your part of it complete.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, project management, strategy consulting, or a closely related management-track role — with a demonstrated history of managing delivery workstreams independently in client‑facing environments.
  • Proven ability to operate without close supervision on complex management work: planning and prioritizing your own tasks, managing multiple concurrent workstreams, and driving toward completion without being directed step by step.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: able to facilitate alignment across competing interests, communicate delivery status clearly and proactively, and navigate difficult conversations with senior client stakeholders without losing composure or credibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: able to produce professional, audience‑appropriate outputs — status reports, executive summaries, delivery plans, risk registers, meeting notes — to a standard that goes directly to clients without material editing.
  • Structured analytical thinking: able to break down complex problems, identify the most important variables, and present findings and recommendations in a clear, logical, and actionable form.
  • Sufficient fluency in technology — particularly AI and data platforms — to manage delivery on technology engagements credibly: understanding what is being built, identifying when technical risks have management implications, and communicating technical context to non‑technical stakeholders accurately.
  • The professional judgment to know when to decide, when to escape, and when to push back —and the self-awareness to recognize which situation you are actually in.

Preferred

  • Experience on AI, data, or digital transformation engagements — with an understanding of the delivery dynamics, stakeholder expectations, and organizational change complexity specific to AI adoption.
  • Background in one or more of our core verticals: AgTech, Logistics, Financial Services, or Construction — with domain fluency that makes client conversations more credible and insight more applicable.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and the management practices that make them work in consulting environments: backlog management, sprint tracking, retrospectives, and the discipline to separate process from genuine agility.
  • Experience with modern delivery and collaboration tooling: Jira, Notion, Confluence, Linear, or equivalent platforms for managing delivery, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Professional certifications relevant to management consulting or delivery (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Green Belt).

Benefits Offered

  • Medical, Vision, & Dental benefits
  • PTO
  • Performance based bonuses
