This role offers the opportunity to shape major initiatives and work closely with senior stakeholders across the industry.Key responsibilities* Create impact: Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels to diagnose complex problems, conduct research and interviews, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and design pragmatic solutions. Lead workstreams on initiatives such as IT mergers, strategic reorganizations, and CIO/CSO transformations.* Project ownership: Source and synthesize information, execute rigorous analyses, and present findings to teams and clients. Take responsibility for project deliverables and quality assurance, and manage small teams to deliver outcomes on schedule.* Growth and responsibility: Apply and expand analytical, technical, and business skills from day one.
