Lead workstreams and small projects, including IT integrations, strategic reorganizations, and CIO/CSO transformation efforts.* Lead and develop teams: Manage small project teams, provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, and support professional development across the practice.* Cybersecurity advisory: Assess cybersecurity maturity and control environments, contribute to the design and implementation of security solutions, and help establish risk, compliance, and policy frameworks.* Strategy development: Support the creation of long-term cybersecurity strategies and contribute to business development opportunities.* Mentorship: Coach and support colleagues to foster growth and capability building within the team.Candidate profile* Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in cybersecurity consulting or in a B2B cybersecurity role. Prior exposure to high-paced environments such as startups, strategy consultancies, or financial services firms is advantageous.* Education: Degree in an IT or analytical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. Candidates with non-traditional career paths are welcome.* Technical credentials: Relevant cybersecurity certifications (for example Security+, CySA+, ISO 27001, CISSP, CCSP, CISM). Familiarity with local financial regulatory frameworks is a plus.* Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives.* Skills: Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
