Detailed Job Description

• Conversational AI Solution Leadership Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise Conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI and Dialogflow CX.
• Define architecture, design standards, reusable frameworks, and development best practices.
• Mentor and guide development teams on Dialogflow CX, GECX Playbooks, and Google AI services.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Google CCAI Dialogflow CX D
• Minimum years of experience: 6-10 years
• Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
• The top 3 responsibilities would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise Conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI and Dialogflow CX.
