Senior Consultant, Caregiver Engagement

Job Responsibilities

• Lead caregiver-focused communications
• Write, edit, and deliver communications about Mosaic policies, programs, and updates
• Translate complex information into clear, easy-to-understand language
• Own benefits communications, including benefits guides, FAQs, enrollment materials, and reminders
• Lead communications for open enrollment and benefits changes
• Gather caregiver stories through discussions with leaders and caregivers
• Write engaging stories reflecting caregivers’ voices and impact
• Lead daily internal communications through intranet, email, and print
• Manage internal content flow and coordinate deadlines with the Marketing team
• Coordinate Caregiver Meetings, including rooms, refreshments, handouts, surveys, and prizes
• Advise Human Resources and cross-functional clients on caregiver-centered messaging
• Support leaders with caregiver-facing talking points and materials
• Review and improve HR communications for clarity and impact
• Create communication plans for HR initiatives and organizational changes
• Track caregiver feedback and communication effectiveness
• Recommend improvements to communication tools, channels, and messaging

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, or related field - Required
• 6-9+ years of Human Resources or internal communications experience - Required
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to simplify complex topics
• Empathetic, caregiver-first mindset
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to earn trust with leadership and caregivers at every organizational level
• Strong background in communicating benefits topics - Preferred
• Previous healthcare communications experience - Preferred
• Experience working with C-suite leaders - Preferred
• Self-starter, collaborative, solutions-oriented, dependable, proactive, and receptive to constructive feedback
• Calm and clear communicator during change
