Senior Consultant, Advisory Services - Planning & Performance ManagementChicago, ILHow You'll Make an ImpactAs a Senior Consultant on our Planning & Performance Management (PPM) Advisory Services team, you'll partner with healthcare organizations to help them adopt and optimize StrataJazz® solutions for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.You'll guide customers in translating data into actionable insights, shaping planning processes, and establishing the workflows and structures needed to support effective decision-making. This role blends advisory, facilitation, and structured execution to help organizations improve financial performance and operational alignment.What You'll DoPartner with customers to understand goals, priorities, and current state processes to help define the scope and approach for advisory engagementsFacilitate working sessions and discussions to align on planning processes, performance management practices, and key decisionsTranslate financial and operational data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsHelp design and refine planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance review processesDevelop and deliver roadmap materials, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders across finance and operational leadershipAdvise on how to effectively leverage StrataJazz® PPM capabilities, including data structure, workflow design, and integration considerationsSupport elements of engagement execution, including information gathering, process documentation, and coordination of deliverablesProvide guidance on change management, including communication approaches, training support, and adoption best practicesCoordinate timelines, milestones, and engagement activities to ensure work progresses effectivelyCollaborate with internal partners across product, delivery, and account teams to ensure alignment and consistency in recommendationsWhat We're Looking For3–5+ years of experience in healthcare finance, FP&A, performance management, or healthcare consultingStrong ability to translate financial or operational data into meaningful insights and recommendationsStrong background in Microsoft ExcelExperience supporting financial planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, or performance managementAbility to lead discussions, facilitate alignment, and communicate clearly across a range of stakeholdersExperience with process improvement, change management, or system adoption initiativesUnderstanding of financial concepts such as financial statements, cost accounting, and service line reportingStrong organization and project coordination skillsWillingness to travel within the U.S. as needed (up to ~35%)You'd Really Wow Us If You Have: Experience working within a health system FP&A or financial planning teamExperience in healthcare consulting or advisory servicesFamiliarity with Strata'a planning or performance management platformsExperience presenting insights using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIExperience using SQL or other relational database systems Estimated Salary Range: $90,000-110,000 Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
