Senior Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial painting projects simultaneously from award through closeout
• Own project budgets, cost projections, billing, change orders, and overall financial performance
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, procurement, and field operations
• Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and field leadership to properly plan and execute projects
• Manage project schedules and coordinate with general contractors and other trades
• Identify scope changes and additional work and effectively manage change orders
• Monitor production, costs, quality, safety, and schedule performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, and project teams
• Participate in project turnover, preconstruction meetings, progress meetings, and closeout
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project status to company leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred
• Specialty subcontracting experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and cost management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, billing, and change management
• Ability to effectively lead and coordinate field personnel
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Accountable, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
