Join a firm as an SPM that can offer career progression, challenging projects, and a full pipeline of projects throughout NYC.
You’ll lead the team on a complex, high rise mixed-use project in Brooklyn that’s due for completion in late 2027.
Future projects will include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, and affordable housing. They'll typically range from $50m to $200m+ and have included buildings up to 55 stories. This firm has strong, long-lasting relationships with active developers and multiple projects in the pipeline.
About you
- Circa 10+ years’ experience in Project Management roles working on ground-up projects in NYC, including multi-family residential/ mixed-use/ hotels/ affordable housing
- Proven experience as a Senior PM, overseeing project teams on 20+ story construction projects in NYC
- Experience working on ground-up construction projects from start to completion
- Construction-related degree preferred but not essential

- Base $225k-275k
