This is a cradle-to-grave Senior Project Manager role where you own the project from preconstruction through construction and final closeout - making real decisions without being buried under layers of oversight. The current workload is heavily weighted toward K-12 and commercial. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient leader who can run complex projects independently, drive results, and be a steady point of leadership for the team around them.
Provide overall leadership and accountability for assigned projects, from preconstruction through closeout Own project budgets, schedules, staffing, and financial performance Drive buyout, subcontractor negotiations, and scope development Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors Partner with and direct field leadership to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and to quality standards Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, or quality Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field staff
5–10 years of Project Manager experience on K-12, commercial, or similar ground-up projects
A proven track record of running projects independently, start to finish
Strong command of project financials, scheduling, buyout, and subcontractor management
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; Bonus program
