This role is for someone who understands dirt, concrete, utilities, schedules, and people — and can manage all of it without losing sight of the big picture.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage large civil construction projects end to end
* Oversee schedules, budgets, costs, and manpower
* Lead PMs, Superintendents, crews, and subcontractors
* Coordinate with clients, engineers, DOT, inspectors, and municipalities
* Review plans, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quantities
* Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and compliance
* Lead project meetings and closeout activities
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years civil construction PM experience
* Heavy civil / DOT / municipal project background
* Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
* Strong leadership and field experience
* Ability to read civil plans and manage budgets/schedules
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
