Salary: $108K Plus 20% Bonus

This is a leadership role — we’re looking for someone who can oversee multiple projects, develop PMs, drive accountability, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading Project Managers or project teams
- Strong commercial construction, capital projects, engineering, or infrastructure background
- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, construction, and project controls
- Ability to manage resources, identify risks, and drive project execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organized, hands-on leadership style
✈️ Airport or transportation experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong backgrounds in commercial construction, infrastructure, transportation, engineering, and other capital-intensive environments are encouraged to apply.
