Senior Construction PM: Lead 2–5 Projects ($1–$20M)

Synergi is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Construction to lead 2–5 mid- to large-scale projects from design through closeout. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage budgets up to $20 million, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction across multiple sites in Florida.

The role requires extensive construction management experience, strong scheduling skills, and effective communication with subcontractors, engineers, and clients.
