Simplex Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a seasoned cost estimator to prepare complete cost estimates for complex building projects, including Type I–V constructions.
Preference is for extensive MEP estimating and strong knowledge of Design Build, DBB, and JOC contracting. You will work from our Southern California operations, using RS Means, Accubid, Trimble MEP, and Bluebeam Revu to ensure accurate scopes and change-order estimates.
