You will lead data collection, reconciliation, and modeling, build unit-rate databases, and develop reusable SQL views and validation routines to enable executive reporting and forecasting.
You will partner with cost management, estimating, finance, and operations to improve estimate-to-budget, forecast, and cost-to-complete reporting.
