Senior Concrete Project ManagerLocation: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Travel to project sites required) Position Type: FulltimeCompany Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. We are looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in contractor-side commercial concrete construction who can successfully manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial concrete projects from award through project closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field superintendents.Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors.Monitor project costs, productivity, and quality.Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce all safety standards.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership.Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed.Qualifications10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.Extensive experience managing commercial concrete construction projects.Experience working for a self-performing commercial concrete contractor strongly preferred.Proven experience managing:Structural concreteFoundationsSlabsWallsColumnsReinforced concreteStrong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management.Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.OSHA certification is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is:A proactive leaderOrganized and detail-orientedComfortable managing multiple commercial projects simultaneouslyAn effective communicator with clients, field teams, and subcontractorsFocused on safety, quality, and delivering successful projectsPlease note: This role requires prior experience managing commercial concrete construction projects.
