Serving as the primary compliance subject matter resource, the full-time Senior Compliance Systems Analyst will evaluate regulatory requirements, conduct analysis, and support the implementation of compliance-related changes within the loan origination system in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Evaluate regulatory requirements and translate them into business, system, and procedural requirements for stakeholders Own assigned compliance-related changes from initial analysis through implementation and validation Document requirements, findings, and implementation outcomes to support audit and internal review needs Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in compliance or a related field Experience with mortgage compliance requirements and operational processes Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) and related workflow management tools Experience in performing regulatory research and compliance analysis within financial services environments Ability to collaborate effectively across Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Operations teams
