Senior Compliance Partner to GC/CCO — Private Equity

Fernridge Group in San Diego is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer/Deputy Chief Compliance Officer to partner with the General Counsel and support the private markets platform. This senior role will serve as #2 to the GC/CCO and has a clear path to assume the CCO position as the firm grows.

The successful candidate will oversee the firm's comprehensive compliance program, lead risk assessments, and manage regulatory filings, policies, and training.
