Leading the integrity and governance of corporate ethics and compliance programs, the full-time Senior Compliance Oversight Specialist will manage contract lifecycle processes, conduct audits of vendor relationships, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with government-sponsored healthcare programs in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Oversee the management of the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks Conduct reviews, audits, and assessments of vendor relationships to ensure adherence to compliance requirements Communicate state and federal regulatory updates impacting Medicaid and Marketplace regulatory filings Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred 4+ years of experience in Managed Care/Health Insurance with knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks 2+ years of project oversight experience with demonstrated ability to drive implementation 2+ years of experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations HealthCare Compliance (CHC) certification preferred
