Key responsibilities Perform sanctions reviews in response to escalations from various compliance controls Analyze Kraken accounts for potential sanctions circumvention risk and prepare regulatory reports as needed Coordinate with teammates to establish streamlined processes using automation and AI tools Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in compliance, sanctions, or financial crime compliance within financial services Working knowledge of major sanctions regimes, including US OFAC, EU, UK, and UN programmes Experience writing sanctions reviews or investigation narratives Hands-on experience with case management systems and automation tools A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
