Responsibilities
As a member of the Regulatory Compliance team, the Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the day to day support of the operations of the regulatory compliance department. The Senior Compliance Analyst will work with all Support Services departments as well as interact directly with SCA’s facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing all phases of compliance related reviews and support activity (e.g., hotline, excluded party screening, HIPAA breach reporting, Regulatory Compliance Leads Program operations, Stark Law Monitoring Program, Section 1557 monitoring, Compliance training tracking)
- Assist in the diligence, integration, and acquisition process
- Working effectively with other departments/external sources
- Working as part of a team who support each other to accomplish set goals and objectives together
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
- Four year college degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or health care administration required.
- 4+ years of experience related to health care operations, regulatory compliance, and/or healthcare compliance preferred, but not required.
- Audit experience recommended
Certifications
- Certification in healthcare compliance (CHC)
