Serving as the primary compliance subject matter resource, the full-time Senior Compliance Systems Analyst will support compliance-related system initiatives remotely by evaluating regulatory requirements, conducting research and analysis, and overseeing the implementation of compliance changes within the loan origination system. Key responsibilities: Evaluate regulatory requirements and translate them into system functionality and operational workflows Conduct regulatory research and prepare work products for compliance review and sign-off Own assigned compliance-related changes from analysis through implementation and validation Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience Experience with mortgage compliance requirements and operational processes Experience performing regulatory research and compliance analysis in mortgage or financial services environments Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) and related workflow management tools Strong skills in interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into system logic and workflows
