Supporting the administration and delivery of compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Specialist will conduct market pricing, perform job evaluations, and provide pay recommendations while working remotely in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Administer and support broad-based compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses to inform hiring and promotion decisions Evaluate positions and assist with job leveling and salary range recommendations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of compensation experience, including market pricing and salary administration Experience supporting broad-based compensation programs within a complex organization Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Knowledge of compensation principles and market pricing methodologies
