In this strategic HR role, you will lead job evaluation, market pricing, and salary structure design; model pay scenarios; and advise leaders on offers, promotions, and variable pay. You’ll ensure pay equity, compliance, and alignment with our people-first philosophy, partnering closely with HR, Talent Management, and Finance to support growth, workforce planning, and continuous improvement in a safety-focused, collaborative culture.
