Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation strategy for our Manufacturing and Human Resources & Talent Management teams. In this people-first, family-owned organization, you will design, analyze, and administer base pay, incentive plans, and pay structures that attract, reward, and retain talent. Partner closely with HR and business leaders to conduct market pricing, develop job architectures, lead annual merit and bonus cycles, and ensure compliance with pay equity and relevant regulations.
You will provide data-driven insights, coach leaders on compensation decisions, and support continuous improvement of Marvin’s total rewards programs.
