As the first dedicated Compensation leader, the full-time Senior Compensation Manager will establish and refine Vultr's compensation framework and strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices while working remotely across various geographies. Key Responsibilities Own and develop compensation strategy and compliance for all Vultr locations, partnering with legal and local experts Refine Vultr's compensation framework and band structure to maintain a consistent and transparent pay approach across all levels and functions Serve as the primary compensation consultant to Talent Acquisition, providing analysis and market data to support equitable offers Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related People function with proven program design and implementation skills Experience building or maturing a compensation framework, preferably in a high-growth technology company Deep proficiency in compensation benchmarking methodologies and survey tools, especially Pave Strong understanding of pay transparency laws and multi-state compensation compliance Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field; certifications like WorldatWork CCP or GRP are a plus
