As a highly experienced compensation professional, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will design, implement, and manage compensation programs across a healthcare organization, serving as a strategic advisor while collaborating closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and administration of compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans Conduct complex market analyses to evaluate competitiveness and effectiveness of compensation programs Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation-related matters, preparing and presenting recommendations to senior leaders Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional preferred 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a complex healthcare environment Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation systems Demonstrated ability to manage complex compensation workstreams independently Deep understanding of compensation principles, market competitiveness, and regulatory requirements
