Leading complex compensation initiatives, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will manage job evaluations, market reviews, and compliance analysis while working remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Key responsibilities Consult with HR Services and management to resolve compensation-related issues for assigned client groups Manage the Executive Compensation process and lead major compensation projects Analyze market trends to ensure compensation programs are competitive and compliant with regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field 10 years of Compensation experience Critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision Master's degree (preferred) Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification (preferred)
