To support a global compensation strategy, the remote Senior Compensation Analyst will manage compensation programs, conduct job evaluations, and drive labor pricing strategies while collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a senior compensation partner providing guidance on job evaluations, pay decisions, and incentive plans Lead the design and administration of compensation programs and salary structures across the organization Conduct market pricing and pay equity analyses to recommend competitive salary ranges and strategies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Minimum of six (6) years of compensation experience with increasing responsibility Hands-on experience with market pricing and annual compensation processes Understanding of federal and state compensation regulations, including FLSA and pay equity laws United States citizenship required
