Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to support a leading global organization in the travel and hospitality industry. This individual will play a key role in delivering compensation programs that help attract, retain, and reward top talent while ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Compensation or Total Rewards, possess advanced analytical capabilities, and be comfortable partnering with HR and business leaders to provide consultative compensation guidance and recommendations.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or a related analytical function

• Experience with compensation analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation structures

• Strong background in compensation reporting, workforce analytics, dashboards, cost modeling, and data-driven decision-making

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets and working within HRIS platforms

• Experience supporting annual compensation programs and partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and business leaders on compensation recommendations

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI

• Experience with Oracle

Position Overview

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders by delivering compensation insights and recommendations that support organizational goals. This role is responsible for conducting market pricing and salary benchmarking analyses, evaluating positions and job descriptions, maintaining compensation structures, and supporting annual salary, bonus, and incentive planning processes. You will analyze compensation, workforce, and market data to identify trends and provide actionable business insights while developing reports, dashboards, analytical tools, and financial models that support decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams to provide compensation guidance, support pay equity and compliance initiatives, participate in compensation surveys, and help drive continuous improvement across compensation processes and reporting capabilities. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, stakeholder partnership experience, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations for leadership.
