Conduct compensation surveys and benchmarking using tools like PayFactors, Aon Radford, and Mercer. Design metrics and reports that translate complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of compensation or HR project management experience. Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience with HRIS like Workday or SuccessFactors. Candidates must reside in the Atlanta metropolitan area for this remote role.
