Senior Compensation AnalystWe are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our compensation programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring our pay practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals, while supporting a complex healthcare workforce.The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in compensation analysis, Workday, and market benchmarking, along with the ability to partner effectively across HR, leadership, and recruiting.What You'll DoSupport the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and incentive plans that are aligned with organizational strategy, market competitiveness, and regulatory requirementsConduct ongoing market analysis, using salary surveys and industry data to ensure competitive positioning for annual increases, market adjustments, and merit planning.Partner with recruiting team to develop competitive and equitable offer recommendations.Serve as a Workday subject matter expert for compensation processes and reporting.Conduct job evaluation for new and existing roles, with a focus on hourly positionsPartner with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to provide guidance on pay decisions, compensation policies, market competitivenessManage participation in salary surveys and analyze results to identify trendsEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws and compensation regulations (including FLSA, pay transparency regulations, etc.)Provide occasional support for benefits-related initiatives, including data analysis, vendor coordination, or program administration as neededCollaborate with Total Rewards team to ensure alignment across compensation and benefits programsWhat you bringRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of five years' compensation analysis experienceStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and attention to detailExperience working with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred)Solid understanding of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and pay structuresPreferredHealthcare industry experience strongly preferredProfessional certification (CCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar)Experience supporting union environments or labor negotiationsExposure to or experience supporting employee benefits programsKey Skills & AttributesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organizationHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential informationIf this sounds like an environment where you'll thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
