What’s Involved
- Conduct holistic functional and environmental assessments (approx. 1 per month).
- Prepare detailed reports covering lifelong needs relating to care, equipment, accommodation and transportation.
- Attend online case conferences where required.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current experience working with traumatic injuries (spinal injury, brain injury, orthopaedic/polytrauma, amputations).
- Ability to commit approximately 6–8 hours per week on average alongside your current clinical role.
- Experience in community-based long-term care planning.
- Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and report-writing skills.
