Senior Community Consultant – Full time, 40 hrs/week, Burbank, CA zip 91505. Base pay $43,500 – $63,500.

The Senior Community Consultant will lead leasing operations and help residents find their ideal home.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily leasing operations and support the leasing team at one of our apartment communities.
• Conduct personalized tours, recommend floorplans, and highlight local amenities to provide an outstanding experience.
• Follow-through on every lead, offering tailored updates on floorplans, neighborhood trends, and community events.
• Provide training and guidance to new associates, serving as a resource for hires.
• Maintain high availability on Saturdays, the peak time for prospective residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in leasing or customer‑service within real‑estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Leadership experience and a desire to help both residents and colleagues.
