To support a high-growth period, the full-time contract Senior Communications & Publicity Marketing Manager, Talent Brand will build and execute strategies to enhance the external profile of TRM's CEO and senior leaders among key talent and investor audiences through innovative publicity and communications efforts. Key responsibilities Build and execute an executive-profile strategy to increase visibility and influence of TRM's leadership Identify and secure high-value podcast appearances, speaking opportunities, and nontraditional earned placements Develop and manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and creators to extend TRM's reach Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in communications marketing, publicity, or related fields Demonstrated success in elevating a founder's or CEO's external profile through strategic opportunities Experience in building and managing influencer and brand partnerships Strong ability to develop compelling story angles and effective pitches for external stakeholders Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance outreach and campaign execution
