Responsibilities
- Oversee Commercial Liability and Property policies for Public and Affordable Housing within an assigned territory.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and communicate underwriting decisions to agents and brokers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Analyze and interpret statistical data to support risk assessment and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial lines underwriting experience (Property, GL, Auto).
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty products, risk evaluation, and agency operations.
