A San Diego-based commercial real estate firm specializing in property management, asset management, and brokerage services across the Western United States is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager. To succeed you will want to have the following:
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting
- Deep understanding of lease structures and CAM reconciliations
- Experience managing vendors, capital projects, and tenant relationships
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Real estate license required (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in Yardi, Appfolio (or similar platform) and strong Excel skills
