Duties
- Conduct trials and final hearings in commercial litigation and arbitration.
- Draft and research legal documents extensively.
- Manage traditional and electronic discovery processes.
- Appear before state and federal courts.
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration.
- Strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills.
- Self-starter with a penchant for sophisticated casework and creative strategies.
- Ranked in the top of law school class or graduated from a top-tier law school.
- Federal clerkship experience and interest in international disputes are a plus.
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.
Education
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
