We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with 10-20 years of litigation experience in both State and Federal Courts .
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey
- Extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation
- Breach of contract disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Ability to be lead attorney on a matter or second seat without issue
- Business originations not required
