A highly regarded New York litigation boutique is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its elite disputes team. The firm is known for handling complex, high-exposure commercial litigation in state and federal courts, representing major corporations, financial institutions, and sophisticated business clients.

The Role

• Manage and litigate complex commercial disputes from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue substantive motions in state and federal court
• Handle depositions, court appearances, and strategic case development
• Work on high-value matters involving partnership, financial, and business conflicts

Ideal Background

• Strong experience in commercial and/or financial litigation
• Big Law or top-tier litigation training preferred
• NY Bar admission required

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000K – $270,000K Base. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
