Senior Commercial Lines Account ManagerSoderberg Insurance Services is looking for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in Lynnfield, MA.Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - FridayPay Scale: $50,000- $75,000 a year depending on experienceDescriptionYou will work as a member of a team of experienced, talented and passionate Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Advisors that provide outstanding service to our Clients. Below are some of the responsibilities that this role will have regularly:Manage a book of business of existing clientsDocument information in our internal client database (TAM)Assist with policy changes and cancellationsAssist with preparing quotes, and presenting quotes to clients/prospectsProcess client paymentsFollow-up on client paymentsWork directly with our Insurance carrier partners and clientsRequirementsThe successful candidate will be, self-motivated and be proactive in handling responsibilities. The candidate will be passionate for providing outstanding customer service both internally and externally.
