By 7:00 a.m., you're on site with drawings in hand, mapping out conduit paths across a commercial or light industrial project. You plan offsets and concentric bends, verify room elevations, and review the one-line before leading a quick huddle with your crew. Through the morning, you're bending EMT, IMC, and Rigid with hand, mechanical, and electric benders-laying in picture-perfect saddles, back-to-backs, and long sweeps. After lunch, you pull feeders through conduit and trays, set and terminate a panel and transformer, hang lighting, and commission controls. When an unexpected fault appears, you track it down with minimal supervision, all while keeping the install aligned to NEC, OSHA, and local specs. Before you leave at 3:30 p.m., you coach an apprentice through a tricky layout and sync with the foreman and other MEP trades to keep the schedule tight.
