Larson Maddox has partnered with a high-growth, private equity-backed company seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join its legal team. This attorney will serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, supporting complex commercial transactions and helping drive key business initiatives across a growing organization.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters.
- Support customer, vendor, and strategic partnership transactions.
- Provide pragmatic, business-focused legal guidance that balances risk and commercial objectives.
- Assist in developing and improving contract templates, playbooks, and internal processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to special projects and broader corporate priorities as needed.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership.
- 8+ years of legal experience with significant commercial contracting expertise.
- Strong experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.
- Exceptional business judgment and ability to provide practical legal advice.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Prior in-house experience preferred.
- Experience supporting a technology, software, or other high-growth business is a plus.
