Senior Commercial Contracts In House Counsel

LHH Legal Recruitment Solutions is working directly with a leading, Fortune Ranked company seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney to join its high-volume, business-facing legal team. This role is particularly well-suited for attorneys who thrive in practical, solutions-driven environments and want meaningful exposure to real-time negotiations and operational decision-making. The role will hold a high level of responsibility for drafting, reviewing, structuring and negotiating commercial transactions.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Five or more years (5+ years) of strong Firm or In House training in Contracts Law and Compliance
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical, actionable legal advice
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with senior stakeholders
• Ability to sit in office five days a week in Northern Cincinnati
