Responsible for administering collections activities for consumer, real estate, and commercial loans, the full-time Senior Collector will maintain delinquencies, coach junior collectors, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working onsite. Key responsibilities Maintain delinquencies in line with peer performance and the bank's risk profile Communicate effectively with customers to resolve credit performance issues Document collection activities and assist in assessing the bank's asset quality Required qualifications High school education with 5-7 years of related collections experience Proficient knowledge of federal and state laws regarding nonperforming asset collections Understanding of regulatory processes related to collateral repossession and bankruptcy proceedings
