Senior Collections Specialist

Managing collection and recovery activities remotely, the full-time hourly Senior Collections Specialist will support customers in navigating financial challenges while ensuring the performance of the bank's consumer and small business lending portfolio. Key responsibilities Manage collection efforts on assigned consumer, small business, and credit card accounts, including complex delinquency situations Evaluate account performance to recommend effective collection and recovery strategies Communicate with borrowers regarding payment arrangements and account resolutions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 4 or more years of experience in collections, recovery, or loan servicing Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
