Senior CNC Programmer

We are seeking a talented and experienced **Senior CNC Programmer **to join our dynamic team in New Kensington, PA. As a key player in our manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs that enhance our production efficiency and quality. If you have a passion for precision engineering and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! You will be working 4 days a week, 10 hours a day.RESPONSIBILITIES:Machinist who will maximize the capabilities of our CNC lathes through high-level programming and setup.Utilize Esprit software to program our CNC lathes to meet our customers’ specifications.Set up CNC lathes in a manner that enables the machine to produce precision parts consistently.Keep CNC lathes running optimally.Submit completed first article inspection report to QC Manager for approval.Set up CNC lathes independently from a CNC program.Instruct and train operators.Act as a technical lead in the CNC department.QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)7+ years of experience or State Journeyman papersFanuc controls programming knowledgeEsprit 3D CAD programming knowledgeExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and basic math skills.BenefitsHealthcare401kPaid vacation/Personal timeOpportunity for growthQuality Machined Products is a trusted leader specializing in precision machining and manufacturing.
