About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced CNC Senior Programmer/Machinist to take the lead on complex machining projects in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with advanced CNC programming skills in Esprit and Mastercam who enjoys both hands-on machining and leadership responsibilities.

You’ll be programming and supporting setups for advanced CNC equipment—including Star CNC Swiss lathes, multi-axis turn-mill centers, and 3-5 axis mills —while ensuring parts meet exacting tolerances and production goals.

• Create, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Esprit and Mastercam
• Program and support setups for:
  • 3-5 Axis Mills
  • Star CNC Swiss lathes
  • CNC Turn-Mill Centers
• Lead or assist with CNC setups to maximize efficiency and accuracy
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and part specifications
• Ensure high-tolerance machining and consistent quality across projects
• Prioritize and manage multiple machining jobs from start to finish
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and cycle times

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience
• Advanced proficiency in Esprit and Mastercam
• Proven experience with multi-axis CNC machining (Swiss, multi-axis lathe, mill-turn, mill)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to streamline manufacturing processes
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills
• $60-70/hour (depending on experience)
